Delete your ExtraTime account
ExtraTime is a parental screen-time management app by GoPaSg. You can delete your ExtraTime account and its data at any time, either inside the app or by sending a request below — no reinstall needed.
How to request deletion
- In the app: open ExtraTime on the parent device, go to Settings → Delete account and confirm.
- Without the app: submit the form below using the email address of the parent account. We will email that address to confirm the request before anything is deleted. We will never ask for your password.
What gets deleted
- The parent account (name, email address, relationship to the child, sign-in record)
- All child profiles (display names, avatars, PIN codes, reward points, screen-time balances)
- Tasks and task history
- Device links created with invite codes
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Whether you delete in the app or send a request here, your data is removed within 30 days of the request being verified.
What we keep
- Support tickets and this deletion request (name, email, message) are retained for 12 months to handle follow-ups and show the request was fulfilled, then deleted.
- Notification emails generated by these requests are deleted after 30 days.
To delete only some of your data without closing your account, choose “Partial data deletion” in the form and describe what to remove.
